Cancellation Policy
I am incredibly excited to give you the best hair that I possibly can! It’s important to me that I am as transparent as possible with my cancellations/fees.
If an appointment is cancelled before the 48 hour mark, no charge is required.
However, if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment or if there is a no-call/no-show there will be a charge made to the card linked to your account in the amount of 50% of the appointment booked.
If a card isn’t on file in my system you will be required to pay the 50% cancellation fee prior to scheduling any future appointments.
In the case of extenuating circumstances, please message/call me personally at 407-820-7226
This policy is in place for the fact that with less than 48 hours notice, I may not be able to fill the appointment.
